Secrets to Interrupting Foreclosure Program

1. Information We Collect
By submitting the Foreclosure Consultation Intake Form and/or engaging in services provided under the Secrets to Interrupting Foreclosure program, Loan Mod Pro – 360, and other digital training programs, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
This program offers coaching, consulting, education, and document review related to foreclosure prevention strategies, including but not limited to:
● Loan modification support
● Short sale assistance
● Foreclosure delay and interruption strategies
● Lender and attorney communication guidance
All services are for educational and consulting purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
● Provide truthful and complete information
● Remain available for necessary follow-up communications
● Submit requested documentation in a timely manner
● Acknowledge that your participation does not guarantee results, loan approval, or foreclosure prevention
4. Confidentiality
Your personal and financial information will be treated with strict confidentiality and protected under our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your information without your written consent, unless required by law.
5. Payment & Fees
Certain services may require payment before engagement. All fees, including refunds and cancellation policies, will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon in writing before any paid services begin. Free consultations are available to determine program fit.
6. No Guarantees
While our strategies have helped many homeowners, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, such as stopping a foreclosure or securing a loan modification. Success depends on many factors beyond our control, including lender cooperation, lender requirements, timing, and legal requirements.
7. Legal Compliance
Client understands that Kiplan Realty Group, David Washington, and their agents are not acting as attorneys and are not licensed to practice law. You are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel for any legal matters related to your foreclosure or divorce.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if the client provides false information, refuses to cooperate, or engages in abusive or unethical behavior.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in the state of Georgia.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By using this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
